Friends of Disabled Adults & Children (FODAC) helps
people with disabilities and their families access vital equipment and
environmental modifications. FODAC provides durable medical equipment (DME),
such as hospital beds and wheelchairs, to individuals of all ages who have a
temporary or permanent disability. They also provide free and low cost home and
vehicle modifications. While FODAC allocates a lot of its resources towards
assisting individuals with physical disabilities, they also provide a wide
range of assistive technology devices that people who have autism and other
disabilities could find beneficial.
